Present Simple (I, You, We, They)

•  ใช้กับเหตุการณ์ที่เกิดขึ้นบ่อยๆ  เป็นประจำทุกวัน
• ในการสร้างประโยคบอกเล่า  จะขึ้นต้นด้วยคำสรรพนามที่เป็นประธานของประโยค  I, you, we, they  แล้วตามด้วยคำกริยา (Verbs)  ตัวอย่างเช่นI brush my teeth every morning.
• ในการสร้างประโยคปฏิเสธ  จะใช้  Verb to do: do แล้วตามด้วย  not  เป็น  do not (don’t) แปลว่า ”ไม่”  ตามหลังประธานของประโยค  I, you, we, they ตัวอย่างเช่น

 They do not read books. (They don’t read books.)

• ในการสร้างประโยคคำถาม  จะใช้  Do ขึ้นต้นประโยค  ตามด้วยประธานของประโยคแล้วตามด้วยคำกริยา  ตัวอย่างเช่น

Do you like lemonade?    Yes, I do.
                                          No, I don’t.
